Product Description
This machine adopt PLC Human Interface, frequency speed regulation, high automation, easy operation. It integrated with hard ALU(PVC) forming, Automatic Feeding, PTP sealing, batch number printing,perforation,cutting, waste winding. It conforms to "GMP" requirement, suitable for ALU/ALU, ALU/PVC, PVC/Paper package.

u Equipped with inductive self-checking mechanism, it can eliminate the waste plate with lack pf particle,the qualified rate reaches 100%.
u The heat sealing station is fixed,the distances between forming,perforation and punching etc. Units can be adjusted freely on the same plane and it is suitable for all kinds of dimensions with high precision, strong adaptability.
u Main sransmission adopts imported gear reducer, with excellent performance, lower noise, long life, stable operation.
