Product Description
1.Application
The machine is designed and manufactured specially for powder and super fine powder products. Driven by servo motor,the auger is rotating to fill products; further more, the filling range can be adjusted automatically through computer. The process of bag making, measuring, filling, sealing, cutting, counting and hot pressing codes can be done automatically.
2.Packing materialinclude various kinds of heat-seal lamination, such as PET/plated AL/PE.PET/PE,NYLON…etc.
3.Features:
(1) Whole servo motor control the powder filling system which make the dose more accurate,working stable.
(2) PLC programmed Control, Advanced touch-screen man-machine interface make the operate more convenient.
(3) Accuracy in printing plate,automatic counting,and photocell tracking system is adopted to ensure the automatic correcting the double face printing design on packing bags, precise in counting.
(4) Automatic Corrective Devices which without artificial mobile packaging and checking the correct position. It will automatic adjust via PLC touch screen.
(5) Extremely efficient,high power,low noise,easy to maintain and has a long life span.
(6) Roller heat sealing,four side sealing,high speed and multi-line packing,and with bags coming smoothly and fine,high packing efficiency.
(7) Easy to adjust, precise in measurement,requires a simple procedure for pouch length adjustment without changing the mould.
(8) All 304 stainless steel cover meets to GMP standard.
