Principle:
EYH Series two dimensional mixer mainly consists of three big parts namely, rotating cylinder, swinging rack and frame. The rotating cylinder lies on the swinging rack, supported by four wheels and its axial fixation is done by two stop wheels. Two of four wheels are driven by rotating power system to made the cylinder rotate. The swinging bar which is mounted on the frame and the swinging rack is supported on the frame.
Usage and Feature:
1.It is used for the high uniformity mixing of powder, granular materials in the industries such as pharmacy, chemical, food, light industry, electron, machine, mining and metallurgy, national defense and research units,
2.The mixing tube is moved with two-direction at same time. One is the rotation of the cylinder and the other is swinging of the cylinder along the swinging rack.
3.Materials to be mixed will be mixed from left to right and vice versa when the cylinder is swinging. As a result of these two motions, materials can be mixed fully in a short time.
4.All parts in the tube is circular arc with precision polishing.
