Usage
For the herbal paste,herbal material,medicine and health care products fast drying with low temperature,and wildly used in the food, bio engineering, chemical, material and other sensitive materials.
Feature:
1. Microwave power stepless adjustable to ensure the uniformity of drying effect.
2. Variety of control modes are available.
3. Adopts industrial integrated power module, the design based on long time of continuous work,with strong and stability power.
4. Adopt industrial 1050W magnetron, water directly cooling technology,has the advantages of long time continuous operation, with excellent performance and good controllability.
5. Adopts water circulation vacuum pump, imported mechanical seal,
the suction pressure can reach 33mbar, stepless vacuum regulation mechanism.Vacuum can be controlled according to different materials to achieve low temperature drying under vacuum condition.
6. Infrared temperature measurement and control system, accurate and timely measurement the material temperature of each material tray,ensure the accuracy of temperature control, more conducive to products quality enhancement.
7. Feeding and discharging positioning device, so that the tray always stops in the box discharge,which has the advantages of easy operation, easy cleaning and labor reduction.
8. Rectangular microwave guiding assembly, which has small standing wave,the magnetron can be matched with the magnetron to make the magnetron output more efficient.
9. Man-machine interface operating system, enter the basic process parameters, start the equipment automatically calculates the microwave power and the drying time automatically.
10. Adopts electronic monitoring system and the vacuum mirror observation system,monitoring and observation the material characteristics and drying situation on time, easy for controlling and operation.
11. Monitor the cooling water flow and temperature on time,solves the damage of the magnetron due to the blockage of the cooling water pipe and the high temperature of the cooling water.
