Horizontal pre-made pouch automatic packing machines series produced by our company adopted international advanced technology and derives from European classical packing machine. With blend of current packing technology, reasonable design and stable running, it is able to pack various sizes of stand-up and flat pouches. Equipped with flexible processing unit, it can automatically complete pouch forming, feeding, measuring, filling, sealing, date printing, nitrogen filling, counting, finished product delivery. Premade pouch packing series is the most optimum choice to realize economic and reasonable packing.

Q: How many different type of bags your machine can work with?

A: Four side seal Pouch, Three side seal pouch, back side seal pouch, Zipper Bag, Self Stand Up Pouch, Irregular Premade bags, etc.

Q: How many different product your machine can work with?

A: Our machine can work for all kinds of products that client want to pack into Premade Bags by changing Feeder. Such as, Liquid, Paste, Powder, Granular, Biscuits, Rice, pop corn, Sea food, cosmetic, etc.

Q: What we should do when we have different sizes of bags, do we need any change parts?

A: No need to buy any change parts. Before we ship the machine to client, we will commission the machine with all different product sample from client, then save the data as a receipt in PLC. When the client is going to use different sizes, just read out the data, then the machine will have the correct size to catch the bag.

Q: what is your annually production capacity for Rotary Packing Machine?

A: We ship More Than 20sets rotary packing machine every month, totally around 300sets per year. We are expanding our facility in 2020, aim for 500sets in 2021. Our clients include Pharmaceutical Factory, Food factory and Cosmetic factory.
