The machine adopts special mechanism (compressed air is not needed) to arrange disorderly bottles and keep their mouths upwards when they are delivered downstream. If the next working procedure lacks bottle, the unscramble machine will continue working to ensure working continuity. If bottles are jammed in the next working procedure, the machine will stop automatically. The machine has the function of photoelectric inspection to ensure reliable and smooth running. If bottle size is changed, you only need adjust width of bottle conveying lane and relevant template. It is easy to operate, so generally operators can master. The product conforms to requirements of GMP.
