Performance
The machine adopts three rollers and continuous press machine. It is to press the various kinds of granular materials into the form of tablet, with the most outstanding advantage of being able to produce irregular tablets with widely different geometrical shapes such as three layer tablets, double-side engraved tablets.
It mainly used in the pharmaceutical industry and are also suitable for chemical foods and electronics industry.
Main Features
- This machine adopts a fully enclosed with the operation compartment isolated compartment isolated compartment from outside.
- Ensuring the cleanness in the tablet compressing area without creation of cross contamination with the outside.
- The compressing compartment is wholly made of stainless steel which is in compliance with the GMP requirement on the production of pharmaceuticals.

- The speed adjustment of the driver is controlled by the frequency conversion device.
- The machine adopts are adjustment of speed by means of frequency inversion.

- The machines worm gear drive adopts fully-enclosed oil-immersed lubrication with long service life to prevent cross pollution.
