Monobloc of filling and capping in one machine, low spaceoccupied.
Rotary running system for both filling and capping, working stably and high efficient.
Adopt volumetric piston pump to fill high precision, fit to light liquid and medium viscosity product, pump is easily taken down, convenient to clean and sterilize.
The seal ring of piston pump is made of different kinds of material, such as silicone, Teflon etc, optional ceramic pump in special use.
PLC control system, frequency conversion adjustable speed.
Filling volume fo all pumps is major adjusted in one time, minor adjustment for each pump. Easy and quick operate.
Filling system has the function of shrinking, no drop leakage.
Top bottom fill, mostly reduce foam.
The capping head use two knives screw thread, two knives sealing, and blade quenching, durable, seal andthreaded are beauty and unity.
