Application:
This machine is a double press automatic rotation for shape-pressing equipment, which have the function of press the grain material or powders to be round or irregular shape tablets, such as candy, calcium tablets double-sides with letter printing and etc. which widely suitable for the Industries of pharmaceutical, Chemical, Foodstuff, Plastic Electronic, Powder Metallurgy and so on.
Feature of tablet press:
1. The cover is made of stainless steel with close type. The inner table surface is also applied with stainless steel materials which could keep surface glossy and prevent from being polluted crossly, comply with GMP requirement.
2. Equipped with plexiglass perspective window which could help to observe the status of pressing operation. Side blank could be fully opened, easy to clean and maintain.
3. All monitors and operating components are in good order.
4. Applying with frequency changing , speed regulating device to control the speed.. The convenient operation and smooth revolving are safe and correct.
5. Equipped with over~load protection device. When pressure overloads, the machine will stop automatically.
6. Use semi~automatically lubricating equipment and plexiglass anti~dust cover on the upper of revolving table.
7. Ransmitting system is sealed in the oil box under the main machine which is a separate component. No pollution and easy to reject heat and resist abrasion.
8. Powder-absorbing device could absorb the powder in the pressing room.
9. Easily~damaging components such as upper orbit, feeder, driving worm, powder measurer have general structures with xyp31 products which could help to be standard, general and series.
10. Moulds could be used generally with xyp 31,xyp35,xyp37 and xyp41 pressing machine
