Application:
The GZP-16 automatic high speed tablet press machine made by our company is a copy version of KALIAN, Germany, which is presented at the end of 1997, our new product, launched at the end of 1999 and get widely noticed and good comments on it.
The stability and reliability of long term working of new type machine get improved a lot than the old ones; the machine represents the newest and most advanced technology of mid of 90’s in the world.
New model:
The pressing chamber of domestic current machine for this usage at present
usually appeared openly, it need to be lubricated when it’s running in a high speed in order to avoid mechanical clamping stagnation and getting the powder polluted.
We creatively designed a new model of stainless steel covered and totally enclosed structure to avoid pollution of revolving table and separated the pressing chamber and lubricating chamber, it’s absolutely accorded with the requirements for GMP standard.
Good Performance：
- Now we adopted a new type of machine controlled by a PLC, feeding by an inverter and pair oars impeller with the mechanical parts, it has a function of lack feeding protection and solved the problem mentioned above.
- The processing of tablets shaped by two compression wheels of old type press was supported by mechanical springs, it‘s not wearable and not easy to be replaced, the pressure is not stable, now the new type machine adopts the full set of German HAV hydraulic support system, it has a high pressure and the pressure is adjustable, it has a long term of working life and stable.
