AUnder normal circumstances, the emulsifier does not need to be equipped with a chiller. Generally, cold water is passed into the jacket to cool the temperature of the material after emulsification, which is convenient for filling. However, the jacket is in rapid thermal expansion and contraction for a long time, which may affect the sealing of the weld. . It is recommended that the customer purchase another cooling turnover bucket, or directly use tap water for cooling.

Depending on the specific requirements, some materials cannot be cooled, and they are too viscous after cooling, which is not conducive to filling.

 

Q14We need to understand the customer's requirements for sterile mixing tanks.

A1. Capacity requirements.

2. Whether with CIP & SIP system.

3. The sterile mixing tank is used for mixing between liquid and liquid, or between solid and liquid.

4. Whether the color removal function is required. (The liquid after dispensing may be colored, and it is colorless for injection.)
